Worked out with Meghan and Tangi and they were both great coaches. They were very energetic and encouraging. Met another coach, Raphael, after his class and he introduced himself and welcomed me as he recognized me as new to the studio. Studio was nice with tablets on both the treadmills and rowers. There were plenty of free weights as they had 2 racks of weights in addition to the ones at each station.I enjoyed working out at this studio and will come back when in town.

From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The coaches are truly incredible—engaging, motivating, and skilled at pushing you to reach your best. Even the members here make the studio feel like a supportive community! Joining just over two years ago was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I can’t recommend this studio enough for anyone looking for a positive, energizing fitness experience.

February 17 · Kara HundleyGreat workout! Disappointment with their music, hardly any rap or up beat music is played here. Seems like every time a rap song comes on the instructors are running to switch the song as fast as they can. I heard a guest ask that they play more rap and the instructor laughed and went back to playing pop/rock music. Kind of disappointing when your paying to workout here, personally I don’t think the instructors request should matter… so if you’re someone who works out to rap and up beat music you definitely won’t like the music here, other than that the workout is amazing and I’m always drenching of sweat after I’m done!
