The owner took responsibility and corrected the error.------My experience there was okay until I decided to stop my membership and went through the formal cancellation form/process with full notice.My recurring payment was not stopped. I called and emailed a copy of the cancellation confirmation that I received- It took three outreaches to get the recurring payments stopped.Every time I call they say they will reach out to the owner about a refund and each time I hear nothing back.I was charged over $400 without my permission. it doesn't matter how many times I call or email, how understanding I try to be... they don't seem to care about making it right.It gives me pause to do business with Orange theory and other similar memberships. I always figured as long as you knew the terms that you were agreeing to the business would honor them, or at least correct for mistakes.
