April 19 · Bryan SvecI've been going to OTF for many years and have been to a number of studios, including River West, West Loop and Wicker Park, as well as studios across the country when I travel. I absolutely love OTF as it has truly transformed my (previously nonexistent) relationship with exercise. I look forward to exercise now because of OTF. It has taught me that I can do what I once thought was drudgery. Because of the accountability and positive experiences from OTF I now get in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day even on my non-OTF days. It’s like taking a daily vitamin. OTF is an important part of my exercise regimen because it challenges me and breaks up the monotony of exercising alone at home. I LOVE Coach Mike! He is one of a kind, down to earth, encouraging and so good about explaining weight lifting form and tips on crushing your goals. It’s like having a personal trainer in a group setting. Coach Mike explains things so well. I look forward to every class with him and his classes definitely keep me coming back. Coach Mike, Anton, Becka and Kam are all fantastic coaches and people too. The staff are just awesome. I love how positive the coaches and staff are. I hope that River West OTF does everything it can to ensure that these coaches keep teaching at River West!!!
