Coach Tara was so welcoming and encouraging throughout the workout. The music and atmosphere really get you into it! The community of members they’ve built is truly something to behold. I had so many positive interactions with members I had just met, it really makes you feel like you’re a part of something bigger. If you are looking to improve your health and fitness, give OTF a shot, you won’t regret it.

From the work outs, the amazing coaches/staff, the atmosphere and vibes while working out, there is nothing better! It’s the first place I’ve joined, and actually stuck to and committed myself to consistently working out. I love you, OTF Saratoga!

They have lots of fun challenges and accommodate exercises as needed to allow most people to get a great workout in.They have flexible hours, so you can attend on weekends, morning, evening, mid day, etc.The coaches are very well trained and enthusiastic, Jackie, Erica, Noelle, and all the staff have made me feel very welcomed and have helped me with my fitness goals.The technology helps you track your workout in real time, which is super helpful with pushing your comfort zone at a safe level.
