From the time you walk in the girls at the front desk to the amazing coaches you feel like you are their family. I have a lot of orthopedic limitations, but that does not stop the coaches from modifying the routine for me. Every coach motivates me more and more each class, and of course I can’t leave out Mr. nevermissamondayworkout (Jean) For all the positive Energy he brings to the studio.Thank you coaches : Chris , Jess, Brittany, Bianka, Jen , I am so happy to be on this journey with you all.

August 08 · KElli FranciscoGreat workout but the front desk at Newburgh is not good. I called as I was running 5 minutes late. They didn’t pick up their phone so I traveled there anyways. Was told the class was full - many spots open. I canceled my membership because I don’t like liars. They didn’t pick up their phone and blamed it on no more space. This issue seems isolated to Newburgh that they have no flexible yet don’t answer their phone. Nanuet location is much better!

I have never been someone who regularly worked out and certainly didn't enjoy it when I did. Since joining OTF I find myself going 4-5 days a week and actually look forward to my workouts! I have made so much progress since joining. Not only do I feel physically stronger it has done so much for mental health as well. It is 1 hour a day where I can focus solely on myself! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Coaches are amazing, the studio is always clean and the playlists are always awesome.
