Orangetheory Fitness Introduce
For those in New Jersey who are looking for a fitness experience that is more dynamic and motivating than a traditional gym, Orangetheory Fitness in Moorestown offers a unique and scientifically-backed approach. This is not a place where you are left to your own devices on the gym floor. Instead, it is a high-energy, coach-led studio that uses heart rate-based interval training to help you achieve your fitness goals. The concept behind Orangetheory is simple yet powerful: by keeping your heart rate in specific zones, you can maximize your metabolism and continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours after your workout. This "afterburn" effect is a key differentiator that sets them apart from other fitness options in the region.
The core of the Orangetheory experience is the one-hour full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training. Members wear a heart rate monitor, and their real-time performance is displayed on screens throughout the studio. This allows you to track your effort, ensuring you are pushing yourself to the right intensity to get the most out of every session. The workouts are always changing, which keeps things fresh and exciting, and a significant reason why many members love the studio. As one happy customer review mentions, "I've been going to OTF off and on for a few years but steadily going to this studio for the past 4-5 months. The coaches and staff are great - super friendly and helpful... The workout is always intense and can really be tailored to your needs." This emphasis on guided, varied workouts is a major draw for people who want a structured and effective fitness routine without the boredom of doing the same exercises over and over.
Convenience and accessibility are crucial for a fitness center to succeed in a busy state like New Jersey. Orangetheory Fitness is located at 400 NJ-38 Unit #1400, Moorestown, NJ 08057, USA. For individuals with specific needs, the facility is designed to be highly accessible, featuring a wheelchair-accessible entrance, wheelchair-accessible parking lot, and a wheelchair-accessible restroom. These thoughtful accommodations demonstrate a commitment to serving a diverse clientele and making the gym a welcoming space for everyone in the community. The services at Orangetheory Fitness are centered around their signature one-hour, full-body classes. These classes are designed to be a blend of cardiovascular and strength training exercises, split between the treadmill, the water rower, and the weight room floor. The workouts are guided by a coach who provides instruction, motivation, and personalized feedback. This is a significant advantage over a traditional gym where you might feel lost or unsure of what to do. The coaches are there to ensure you maintain proper form and push you to achieve your personal best. The workouts are specifically structured to target all major muscle groups and to boost your metabolism. Additionally, the gym provides the necessary equipment for these workouts, including treadmills, rowers, benches, dumbbells, TRX suspension trainers, and more. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1LOVE this place. I've been going to OTF off and on for a few years but steadily going to this studio for the past 4-5 months. The coaches and staff are great - super friendly and helpful. They have a lot of fun events so you can meet people. The workout is always intense and can really be tailored to your needs. As someone who always thought of myself as non-athletic, this place has really changed my perspective and my health. It's not the cheapest workout option but it's life-changing if you commit to it.
August 17 · Laura MansfieldWalk by, noone in the place from 3 to 5 pm. Reminds me of Nordtrack, next best thing to sliced bread. Not sure how Orangetheory stays in business paying mall rental prices. I prefer LA fitness, planet fitness, Lifetime, Virtua or YMCA style gym.
December 19 · Ralph CalderoneI love the guided running. I never liked running on a treadmill before I joined orange theory; I always opted for outdoor running even if it was below freezing, but the guided treadmill workouts are excellent. They get my heart rate up, are varied, and push me to work harder instead of just an easy run. I am a stronger and faster runner than I have been in years! The coaches are so motivating while on the treadmill! I also love the weight workouts, as they are building lean muscle. If I am doing something incorrectly, I love how the coaches show me how to do the exercises correctly so that I don't hurt myself. I also notice how my balance is better, something important for all stages of life. Finally, the coaches are all amazing! They are positive, motivating and just make my day! I am very appreciative that OTF has such fabulous and kind and dedicated staff members and coaches!
February 07 · Kristen ShimpThey require you to get here 30 minutes before the class starts for your first class. We drove 25 minutes to get here and were 5 minutes late. The lady at the front desk told us we can’t workout. People have jobs and kids and asking your customers to show up a half hour earlier is insane. Save your money there’s plenty of better places to workout.
June 11 · Sofia DanielThis place is great! They have helped me lose a lot of weight and maintain it for the past two years. Only reason for four stars instead of five stars are the facilities. For the amount of money I pay for the unlimited classes I would like to see shower heads that work and shower doors that lock. It’s been like that since I joined in the summer of 22, but I’m sure renovations are on the way!
