I had lost my car keys and was stranded after class. Suzanne and Molly at the front desk looked for my keys, and problem solved a stranded member's desperate situation! Suzanne really went above and beyond. I am so grateful for their willingness to help that day. They didn't have to, class was over. They were so helpful, I'm going to change my home studio to UP!

All the coaches are amazingly helpful, attentive, and motivational throughout your workout. I hate thinking about workout routines, so OTF is great for offering a variety of workouts throughout the week with flexibility to choose your intensity. The mix of treadmill, rowing, and strength keeps things challenging, and the coaches push me to improve. The University Place community is incredibly supportive, celebrating milestones and cheering each other on. It’s helped me rebuild strength after a heart procedure and made it possible for me to reach running goals outside the gym! The structure, accountability, and encouragement are amazing!

I can confidently say that I made the right choice and the workouts are actually highly varied and intense (as intense as you want). The coaches and community at this location are motivating, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about fitness. After every workout, I feel accomplished!
