The Heart Rate "splat" statistics up on the TV monitors are motivating. The staff and trainers are very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and personable. Prior to this, I tried CrossFit for several years, as well as various Personal Trainers - but have not seen (sustainable) results like this. Thank you!

You can keep to yourself in class if you like and the great coaches will give you just enough help to keep you safe and sound motivated. Before and after class though it has been a surprisingly great place to meet and chat with our neighbors.

But the manager Carol took the time to talk me through it and explain that modifications are always available and I can go at my own speed. It's been a year and a half and every single staff member has been so great! All the coaches have given me great options and encouragement so I always feel safe during my workouts.

April 13 · Erika DuPondOrange Theory ~Specifically the Rockhill location ~ is the BEST! It’s not just a place you workout, it’s a group of people like family who GENUINELY care about each other. The coaches are so knowledgeable and fun, the front desk (including GM Carol) are so sweet and know you by name, and you literally just show up to a workout that’s already been created. OTF Rockhill has a whole community that is more than just working out - there are fun events held each month like the pub run, book club, and challenges for its members. I’m so glad to be a part of this community!!
