I find that the energy that the staff has is super motivating and pushes you to do your best within the class. Both Coach Kit and Coach Meghan provide excellent coaching and want you to do your best! They consistently push you to do your best, and the coaches are incredibly motivating, always encouraging everyone to keep improving. If I were to give a shoutout to an instructor, it would definitely be Meghan. She has an incredible ability to keep the whole group efficient and effective right until the last minute—I'm not sure how she does it! I highly recommend everyone to check out this place.
