July 28 · Rose Valor K.I highly recommend Orangetheory Fitness Central. I have been going to the central location for about a year now. All of the coaches are super nice and are very skilled in what they do. In particular the head coach, Maddie is an absolute rock star! She is always super nice, has a lot of energy, and very helpful to help you succeed while you are there. The other coaches are great too! Hasnat and Taylor are also very nice and helpful. The front desk staff is very nice as well. Cameron does an excellent job checking everyone in and helping with new clients, etc. I can't recommend this place enough! I go super early m-f but they have classes all week and weekend. They are always having special get togethers and mixing up the routine so you don't get bored. Come check out Orangetheory Central !
April 18 · Rodney NelsonGreat studio that I’ve been going to for years now. Love all the coaches. My only wish is that they’d add just 1 more weight class on Sat/Sun. For years, these classes are always jammed (always a weight list) bc it’s the only weight class option - often swap with PV but also busy there. It seems like a wise/smart biz idea to simply stay open just one more hour 1/2 and offer an extra class on the weekend Sat/Sun. It would relieve some pressure on the other class being totally jammed and offer another option that would also likely fill up as well. Please consider it —it’s the same thing for at least 5 years.
July 13 · Barbara RuhsI've always hated working out, not my thing. I tried Orange Theory on a whim and I've LOVED it! I've stuck with it for a couple months now and have enjoyed everything about it. Workouts are always fresh and exciting yet challenging. I like the fact that I lock my phone in locker and truly disconnect and just focus on my best. Coaches are there to set the workout, walk me through form, and help correct if I'm a little lost. Even the music is full of fun songs to sing along with and give the motivation I need. All I have to do is show up and follow along which removes a lot of the fear I use to have around going to the gym (no one loves feeling out of place). I'm already feeling stronger, moving faster and feeling myself improve.The coaches are AMAZING! They're all friendly, approachable, and encouraging. Despite how many people can be in a class, I still feel like I can get that 1:1 assistance if I need it. I love how they truly make every workout feel doable and I always feel like I've succeeded/accomplished my best when I leave. Highly recommend!
