Unlike traditional gyms where you might be left to figure things out on your own, Orangetheory operates on a structured, coach-led model. Every class is a full-body workout, carefully planned to incorporate cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and power moves. The magic lies in the use of heart-rate monitors, which provide real-time feedback on your performance. This technology helps coaches guide you into the "Orange Zone"—a target heart rate zone that boosts your metabolism and helps you continue burning calories long after the workout is over. It's this science-backed approach, combined with the encouragement of expert coaches and fellow members, that makes Orangetheory so effective and engaging. The friendly, supportive atmosphere is a consistent highlight for members, with many noting how the community aspect, including happy hours and 5k events, adds to the overall positive experience. It's more than just a place to sweat; it's a place to connect, celebrate wins, and feel supported on your path to wellness. The coaches are known for their ability to break down complex movements, provide modifications, and ensure everyone feels comfortable and successful. This combination of a data-driven workout and a deeply supportive community is a core reason why so many people in Pennsylvania are choosing Orangetheory Fitness to help them reach their personal health milestones.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is such a great workout for beginners and super fit people alike—most importantly, it’s welcoming and such a lovely set of coaches who will walk you through everything and encourage and help you. If you can take a class with Tory or Dan they are excellent but all the coaches are gold.I love running and have found a lot of amazing distance and speed runners in the classes. That said, if you don’t love the tread you will not be alone! The workouts are designed to meet you where you are.If it’s your first class then go early and reserve ahead of time and the coaches or staff will explain everything so you know what you’re doing. I’ve brought several friends who have all had great experiences and a few have become members. But I’ve also met a lot of friends through the gym and appreciate that they host events like happy hours, 5ks, and birthday party karaoke for the coaches. And they share wins for members on social media so you can cheer on others (obviously only if you’re comfortable).
March 15 · Nikka LandauI'm re-introducing myself to workouts and OT has been fantastic in helping me maintain this goal! My intro class was with Coach Kimmy, who was fantastic and took the time to thoroughly explain everything I would need to know in the class to be comfortable and successful. Since then, all the coaches- Kimmy, Dan, and Tory- have helped me push myself in the workouts, have celebrated even the smallest win, and make me look forward to my morning workouts!! It been a little over a month and not only have I stuck with it consistently- I'm already feeling stronger physically, mentally, and feel completely supported by the coaches!I'm loving Orange Theory AND this location!!
March 14 · Gracie RayI have been a member at this studio since 2018 and am so grateful to have found a safe space to work out. The coaches are amazing and make sure that you are getting the most out of your experience. Special shout out to Tory (my favorite) who is always energetic, supportive, and encouraging.

Coach Dan , kimmy n Tori are fabulous n always make my workout experence a pleasure! I can't speak highly enough about Ot n this is coming from a person who has tried mostly all the gyms in the area!
March 14 · Gia MessinaTory is the absolute best. She rules all the earth and all things fitness. It should also be noted that Angelica is also the greatest. Few people on earth have the perfect temperament for what they do. Both Tory and Angelica are the correct people. We need more of each of them on earth and we would be a much better place.
