It makes the running portion uncomfortable and frustrating, and it really takes away from the overall experience. I hope upgrading the equipment becomes a priority soon.

November 24 · Tiffany ParryOrange theory is great for all fitness levels. I was worried I would feel intimidated or overwhelmed and I didn’t. It truly works hard to. After to all ability levels. I am just starting over after having four orthopedic surgeries in two years. I haven’t done any true exercise in over 2 years and I felt challenged without being overwhelmed. The instructors are upbeat without being annoying or obnoxious. The music is great! Highly recommend them for anyone looking to get back in shape. I like that you don’t have to think and the coaches tell you what to do, they also give options/modifications to make sure that it isn’t too hard for beginners. They don’t make you feel bad for modifying the exercise. They will even modify it further if there is something you cannot do, very supportive environment! Highly recommend it!!
