The coaches are all good; each has a different style and strength. Some are more focused on form, others provide added energy and motivation but I like them all.I do think it's overpriced and it really is not personal training like they claim but overall it is a decent workout. I've had a lot of issues with the heart rate monitor and really despise wearing it and that I can't use my own.

The template changes each day, but you will run or walk on the treadmill, row, and work on the floor (weights or resistance bands or cardio). The coaches tell you what to do so you don't need to think about it. If you have a competitive spirit, you should join!... you wear a heart rate monitor and your zone is on the screen for all to see... so that pushes you and the coaches push you. I love it.
