The staff here is truly amazing! When I first started I met Sophia the manager. She’s literally super funny and always full of energy! And the coaches ??? Phenomenal work. Coach nick made me feel at home! Always welcoming and understanding to my journey & those of everyone else. Constantly helping everyone there become the best version of themselves while pushing them beyond their limits. Such a motivating and inspiring environment. It’s more than just a gym or class… It’s an investment to yourself. I will always vouch for everyone to give this gym a go, all it takes is one class to change your mind!! I’m glad I changed mine 🧡🧡

He made me feel so comfortable especially being a heavier set girl who had no knowledge of the gym… he really was patient, kind and encouraging. I went there consistently for over a year and he really cares about who walks into his class. BEST DECISION I made for myself was to start orange theory. No regret !!! The staff is amazing also, they are all so welcoming and create a family like environment. Also if you get the chance to meet the Manager Sophia ??? You’ve gained a friend for life. The funniest !!! She’s absolutely amazing!!! So encouraging!! A team who actually cares❤️. I work in the area and I always recommend my clients to at least try a class because I promise you, you won’t regret it.

The OTF template is great, but the LIC studio in particular is the best because of their amazing staff.The coaches are incredible and the best of any studio I’ve ever been to. I love all the coaches, but the two I see the most are Nick and Keslie.Coach Nick makes every class feel like a fun party, but still makes sure my form looks great while we’re lifting to the best music and challenges everyone to lift a little heavier than they think they can.Coach Keslie greets everyone with the warmest smile and the most positivity, helping everyone to “say yes to the good vibes and no to the bad vibes” while reminding us all to focus on our breathing and shake out any tension. I leave every class feeling ready to have a great day.I love that they both watch carefully to make sure my form looks good so that I can get the most out of my workout and avoid injury, and their positivity and high energy help me forget I’m even exercising because I’m just having fun.The staff at the studio are also fun and inviting. Sophia, Allison, Kyle, and Molly are always so friendly and great to chat with before heading into class, and are excited to celebrate every milestone I hit.I recently had a friend visit from out of town who has been to OTF studios all over the country, and he confirmed that OTF LIC is the best he’s ever been to.
