I never had a gym membership in my life (33 yrs old) so I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing in the weight room especially, but the demonstrations and gentle corrections by the staff really have taught me so much! For the first time in my life I’m excited and motivated to exercise! I get so excited every time I increase in speed!
