The front desk staff are very friendly and know members by name. The studio manager, Shannon, is amazing and so easy to work with. And the coaches - they are just phenomenal. Head coach Jason is fantastic and really invested in the studio and members. Coach Amanda goes above and beyond to help members become the best version of themselves. Coaches Jill, Heather etc. all do an excellent job and the workout becomes addictive. I have been going for over a year and I would highly recommend!

The whole team is fantastic, all very friendly and helpful in our daily interactions. I really enjoy the motivating challenges and events on a frequent basis. The studio itself also has a great layout for classes, and has easy access parking. Really just an all around easy choice as my gym, 🫶 to the Kisco team!
