Jackie is patient and always helpful if you need a modification. Emma has such high energy and always willing to push you to get better. Claire is kind to everyone and explains each workout so well. I wasn't feeling well during one of her workouts and left early… and Claire literally ran out to the parking lot during class to make sure I was okay. That was meaningful. The coaches care and I look forward to seeing them. You don’t get a full body workout that is as effective in a short amount time anywhere else. I talk up Brookside OT to all of my friends… I just need them to get motivated enough to come with me!

I initially signed up for two classes a week, but by the time my first eight classes were up, I was ready to commit to the unlimited membership. The coaches are consistent, energetic, encouraging, helpful and knowledgeable. I've felt challenged in every single class and have felt a boost mentally and physically. I like the ability to track my activity through the app and challenge myself with different benchmarks. I've also enjoyed the option of going to other studios when I've traveled this summer.
