It has been exactly what I needed. Signing up for classes keeps you accountable and I love that I just have to show up and then the coaches guide you through every step of the class. I was nervous at first being so out of shape but it is ultimately left up to you to decide how far you want to push and challenge yourself each class by choosing your own weights and intensities. However, the class structure and the awesome coaches make it easy to want to push a little further and improve everyday. It's been 4 months and I've already seen my body change and the weight is coming off each and every week. I'm so happy I started here and I'll be sticking with Orange Theory for a long time to come!
