BUT the best thing about OTF Millburn are the people that represent the brand. Coach Karlea and Gina are the best and only coaches you will need to stay motivated while getting in shape. They make the classes super fun, friendly, and overall a family environment where I always feel welcomed. Last but not least HUGE s/o to Reuben who always welcome the members with great energy and usually participate in classes which is very for us members since he is knowledgeable. See yall next class!

First of all, this is probably the biggest OTF I’ve ever been to - huge lobby, 15 stations, three showers, etc. Coach Shay and the SA (I wish I caught her name) were both super friendly and welcoming. Shay did an amazing job shouting out individuals and groups while also giving constructive tips on form and modifications, all while nailing the timing and rocking a great playlist. The overall vibe of this studio was really vibrant and fun, a perfect example of OTF at its best. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area. :)

The reason I didn’t leave 5 is because I do not believe this is the staffs fault but I am tired of having my weekend workouts ruined when special workouts are added such as the Dri Tri. It forces members to pay additional costs for workouts some of us injured folks have no desire to do. I missed my workout yesterday because there were no options for me to go to. Only one class was open to us normal paying members at 6:45AM on a Saturday and it was waitlisted all week so even if you want to workout at that ungodly time, you couldn’t. I am really tired of these additional weekend workouts that I will never participate in. In an economy as such, no one should be asked to pay anything on top of what we already pay for this membership. Furthermore, to ruin someone’s workout routine is extremely appalling. Most of work crazy hours and don’t want to travel to other facilities out of town on the weekends. We shouldn’t be forced to. CrossFit and f45 do not do this to their members. They are loyal to those who pay unlimited and even lesser memberships. I am one of several who feel this way. I just chose to be the sweaky wheel because nothing will change if it is not known how unhappy many members are over this ongoing issue throughout the year. Thank you for your help on this matter. The solution to this ongoing problem would be to add a few classes when you choose to have an additional cost workout on a weekend. One is not enough to support all of your paying members that don’t want to participate in “special” workouts. Weekends are high traffic for your gym. Some can’t even get to the gym until the weekend. The members need more options. We would all very much appreciate if this was planned out better. Thank you for your consideration.
