★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Open Doors East Bridgewater is a fabulous studio. The classes are challenging but balanced by the welcoming community and teachers. Tina’s class is my Sunday ritual, and I look forward to it every week. With classes that range from foundations to advanced, I find that the teachers provide excellent guidance on how to modify for every skill level. As a practicing yogi for nearly 15 years, I gain as much knowledge from the foundations classes as I do from Levels 1&2. Open Doors is accessible for every skill level and is good for every person who has thought about trying yoga and for every person, like myself, who is looking for a community.
July 01 · Alicia GaloBeautiful and clean studio, phenomenal instructors, and affordable classes. This location is wonderful and my friends and I enjoy the studio so much. I definitely recommend their “warm yoga” session for any beginners to the practice. Wear something you don’t mind sweating in!
March 23 · Erin LucierThank you Tina for making every class fun and challenging ! You care for all in your class as only a true teacher does , and it is always an upbeat and yet still soulful environment . You mix up the flow and music and class always has a fresh twist . The care and effort you put into teaching must be great, although you make it seem easy ! A true yoga whiz , I love your class . Namaste.
January 29 · Alisa AllenOpen doors is amazing! All the yoga instructors are excellent. They are very friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend - try it even once, you will be hooked!
June 23 · N GeeI attended a class just yesterday (Wednesday, 8/21/18) with Sarah. IT WAS SO NICE. This is also the nearest studio to me that wouldn't require me to put organs on the black market to afford going once or twice a week. It's a very comfortable environment, very welcoming, and I intend to come here regularly. Thank you!!
