★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A clearly well loved gym, my little loved her teeter tots class here. The activities were challenging, but the instructor was extremely patient with all of the students I saw her interact with. We will be coming back!
September 30 · Nicole SedaOther recent reviews are spot on. We went for a trial class and the two young instructors didn't greet us. They never even introduced themselves to the kids (very obvious the class had many new students.) None of the kids listened and both instructors kept pulling out their phones. My daughter got upset and came over to me and the instructors never even noticed she was gone. The "gym" is also very run down. Definitely glad we did the Groupon trial because we will never be back.
March 28 · Jill BrooksMy daughter has never been happier. She absolutely loves it. It’s affordable. The building can definitely be nicer. But they treat the kids great and are very patient
December 04 · Jessica FreedmanVery disappointed in my experience there. My daughter wanted to begin classes so I contacted them to sign her up. I was told to purchase a Groupon for two trial classes, which I did. When I brought her to class, the instructors were standing at the front desk and did not even acknowledge our presence. They were on their cell phones looking bored which was very off putting. My daughter was so excited to start her first class and these people looked like they could not have cared any less. The receptionist did eventually say hi to sign us in. The gym itself looked run down, and there were gymnastic leotards for sale that had fallen off the hangers and were laying on the floor. The class itself was a huge, disorganized mess of about 20 small children just running around and goofing off. My daughter wanted to take classes more seriously, and was disappointed at the lack of attention and structure. There were a couple of times where I saw her asking the instructor a question and she was completely ignored.Despite all this, my daughter wanted to try the class again and I figured that we might as well since the Groupon included two classes. We missed her next class on a Saturday because I came down with Covid that weekend. On Monday morning, I received an email stating that my daughter had been unenrolled (dropped) from the class. I sent an email back but received no response. I then called and was told that I had to re enroll on the website. I go to the website to find that there are now no spaces left for the class and that I have to be put on a wait list, even though I had already paid for two classes. I sent another email asking if there were any other classes available and received no response. I ended up calling another facility and got my daughter in on the spot.Enrolling a child into gymnastics classes should not be this difficult, and a child should not be dropped from a program with no warning due to an illness. Very unhappy with our experience with this place.
September 30 · Christina CameronI just started. This is my 3yr old daughters 2nd time ever being here. She is new to this and the instructors ignore her when I'm trying to get her to join the other kids. She is very shy. Also they marked her absent today when we only came 2 mins late. We're still here. I'm very disappointed and I will be requesting a refund.
