August 13 · Darren “Checkmate” MaciunskiThis facility has it all. Multiple rings, weights, exercise equipment, tons of different bags and striking tools and plenty of space to move around and train. I haven’t had gloves on for the past 10 years and I finally decided to join. It has been nothing but positivity and a warm welcome every time I come in for a workout. It’s a gem that can be easily overlooked if you don’t stop in and see for yourself. I highly recommend it.
