January 27 · Grant ParksI joined Old City CrossFit after trying out a few other gyms in DC, and so far, I love it. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. One of the major highlights of this gym is the coaching team. Jen, Jason genuinely care about helping you improve based on your individual level. They take the time to explain the workouts and the weekly programming in detail. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive crossfit experience.
October 04 · Roberto BravoVisited the DC area and stopped by for a noon-session on a weekday. I instantly felt like a regular: from the members to the coaches, everyone was friendly and helped with form and any questions I had. I can't thank the people of this gym enough and I will easily be visiting them again the next time I come to town!
May 13 · Jonathan ErbeChose this box for wod while visiting from out of town. I liked the vibe and style - old skoolish - while in a neat older neighborhood. Coach Jess was friendly with good instruction. Other members were also friendly. I would come back again if ever back in DC.
October 08 · Vic HensleyOld City has been such a great gym to explore CrossFit and get back into fitness. I started having no real concept of lifting or gymnastics movements and Old City coaches have been so helpful and encouraging in helping me improve! I’ve made plenty of friends at the various classes and really enjoy the kind and laid back community here. I don’t find it quite as competitive as some CrossFit boxes I’ve visited which I really enjoy, and has made for a truly accepting atmosphere!
