The gym is no frills, but I can guarantee you will get some great exercise with real-world application and instruction on proper technique. I began coming to this gym for an accessible workout, and over 3 years later, take their Kickboxing, San Da, and Kung Fu classes! It is a place where everyone is welcome and the community of people is what makes it so unique.

Ross, we (his students) call him Sifu cause he does not like to be called MASTER although, he is an expert in several disciplines of Martial Arts to various black belt dans (degrees). Even in my 18th year of my training with him, there is always at least one new aspect, element or an angle of approach, combination, variation toward building my body, spirit, mind and of course my technique !!! The self awareness, confidence, condition, strength inner and outer, power of my mind and body, focus and depth of me as a human being has reached new dimensions because of Sifu’s selfless dedication to Martial Arts and to us, hundreds of students. With great passion, full commitment, joy and patience, Sifu Ross is a driving force in our Martial Arts community and the society at large !!!
