I try to fit in as many of his group fitness classes as possible. Bryce is a fantastic teacher. He ensures that you are doing each exercise correctly, but also encourages you through out the whole process. He also pushes you and makes you do more than you thought you were capable of doing. If you want to learn how to take care of your body this is the place to be.
