One of the things I appreciate most is how he always takes the time to offer modifications when needed, making sure everyone can train safely and effectively—no matter their fitness level or limitations.He’s also extremely personable and approachable, which makes it easy to ask questions or get help when needed. His focus on proper form is something I really appreciate—he doesn’t just let us go through the motions; he ensures we’re doing each movement correctly and with purpose.On top of all that, he encourages us throughout every workout, helping us stay motivated and push through. It’s so clear that he cares about his athletes and wants to see us succeed. I truly can’t recommend him enough! You rock Coach Frankie!!!!

The coaches are super down to earth and very knowledgable and are great at helping each person scale the work out to their skill level and conditioning. Not only are the coaches really good but the members are also very friendly and easy going.The facilities at Mountain View and Campbell are very clean and spacious. I have never been to the Redwood City or Pleasanton location so I cannot comment but they are probably well maintained as well.The equipment is up to date, clean and always working. The work outs themselves are intense without being intimidating. Definitely recommend as you can sign up for their membership or get 1 class passes.

They immediately made me feel welcomed and take the time to give me instructions during workouts. The members are also very friendly. Overall, NCFIT offers great workouts and an even better community!
