Namaste Yoga Introduce
For residents of New York, and especially those in the vibrant Saratoga Springs area, finding a place to practice yoga is a popular pursuit. The city is known for its focus on wellness, and amidst the options, a studio that offers a personalized and deeply connected experience stands out. Namaste Yoga, a women-owned business located in Saratoga Springs, has positioned itself as a sanctuary for those seeking a more individualized approach to their practice. This isn't your typical large, crowded studio; it's a place designed to provide focused, private, and in-home sessions that cater directly to your unique needs and goals.
This article will take you on a detailed tour of what makes Namaste Yoga a compelling choice for your wellness journey. We will explore its convenient location, the range of services it provides, and the key features that define its unique philosophy. While the provided reviews present conflicting views, we will focus on the public data available to give you a clear and factual understanding of the studio's offerings. By doing so, you can make an informed decision on whether Namaste Yoga is the right place for you to build a stronger, more connected yoga practice in the heart of Saratoga Springs.
The feedback from real customers is a critical part of a business's story, and for Namaste Yoga, the reviews provided offer a mixed perspective. One review, while critical of a specific experience related to scheduling and a business dispute, points to potential issues with communication. This is an important detail for prospective clients to be aware of and to possibly discuss with the studio directly before booking. On the other hand, another review offers a glowing recommendation, highlighting a "very different practice" and a highly personalized experience. This individual, who took "private lessons with the owner, Susan Cuda," praises her for being "very in tune with your needs and will push you just enough." This positive feedback underscores the value of the studio's core offering: a personalized and deeply connected yoga practice. The contrast between these two reviews highlights the importance of individual experience and communication, but also points to the high quality of the personalized instruction available at the studio.
The mission of Namaste Yoga appears to be centered on providing a more intimate and tailored experience. Unlike large group classes where an instructor must cater to dozens of people at once, a private or semi-private session allows for a deeper exploration of poses, breathwork, and alignment. This is particularly beneficial for those with specific goals, physical limitations, or those who simply feel intimidated by the traditional studio setting. The ability to receive real-time corrections and guidance from a knowledgeable instructor can significantly accelerate progress and prevent injury.
Another unique service offered by Namaste Yoga is the option for "private sessions in your home." For New Yorkers with busy schedules, this service provides unparalleled convenience. It eliminates the need to travel and allows you to practice in the comfort and privacy of your own space. This flexibility is a significant advantage and shows the studio's commitment to meeting clients where they are, both physically and in their yoga journey.
The fact that Namaste Yoga identifies as a women-owned business is another noteworthy feature. For many in the community, supporting women-owned enterprises is a priority, and this designation adds a layer of purpose to the business. It aligns with the inclusive and empowering nature of the wellness community and provides an additional reason for clients to choose this studio. The studio's commitment to accessibility, as evidenced by the wheelchair-accessible parking lot and restroom, also reinforces its welcoming ethos, ensuring that a wide range of individuals can access its services.

Namaste Yoga Reviews
Stay away!Signed up for a Yoga class that they admittedly started early (after claiming it had not started early, everyone was just following the instructor in the exact same positions on the floor then saying all classes listed for 7pm start at 6:45).I signed up for a package that was $299 because their website said the weekend was "open to the public". The day of - they had a sign to the left of the front door and on the door to the studio that said it was "Closed to the Public". I just escalated it to an appeal on Paypal sending screenshots showing that on their Twitter and Facebook it still even says Teachers only (I'm not a teacher) and the shot of the flyer on the glass of the front door saying "Closed to the Public", a screenshot of her website that said "Open to the Public" as well as a screenshot of an email I sent her immediately at 8:07 in the morning showing she lied about when I contacted her to paypal.
November 08 · Kerry MierzwaNamaste Yoga is a great studio that I have enjoyed many times. I took private lessons with the owner, Susan Cuda and it was a very different practice than anything I had tried previously. She is very in tune with your needs and will push you just enough. If you are looking for more progress and connection in your yoga practice I recommend trying this studio.
