I was tired of eating unhealthy, lying around the house being lazy, and watching life pass me by. I decided to begin my fitness journey by signing up for personal training with Wilson. It was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made.Wilson is an amazing coach and trainer. I love his attention to detail; he watches my form carefully and corrects as needed, he explains the exercises in detail and explains which muscles are being targeted, he assists when it is needed, and always provides encouragement. I appreciate how he recognizes when I am making progress. He has helped me by creating workout plans that I can do on my own— I love that, because you really do need structure and a plan whenever you set foot into a gym.I am motivated to live a healthier life, have a consistent gym routine, and feel much more happier as a person. Wilson has been a great influence and mentor to me. He made going to the gym feel less scary and has inspired me to stay focused and work hard. February 20 · keith kI chose MX3 because the locations were convenient and I wanted to support local small business. I wasn’t looking to sign up at one of the big gyms and I’m glad I didn’t. I’ve really enjoyed personal training sessions so far - I’ve been able to schedule sessions whenever I’ve needed to and both the Castro and Mission locations are well stocked. I also liked that I didn’t have to sign an annual membership, I like the pay-as-you-go approach. Highly recommended!

December 14 · Andrew TumaRecently started taking Small Group fitness classes at MX3 Mission location. LOVE!! It’s a fab cardio/strength circuit style workout. Classes are tiny (max ~6) so you get tons of personal attention on form. It feels like paying for a group class but getting a personal trainer (Shoutout to Will!). The space is immaculate too. 10/10
December 11 · Phil HeuringMX3 recently started offering classes in the Mission and I was quick to give it a shot. I'm hooked now. I've tried almost all the boutique classes in SF and the big MX3 advantage is how small these are. With 6 or fewer in every class--there is a a lot of focus on form. There is also the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback, esp. as it relates to injuries. Will is a terrific instructor who keeps the classes interesting and challenging (but not frustrating). You leave thinking you definitely got value for your time and money. Extra bonus--everything is brand new here so it's in tip top shape. Extra extra bonus--the 16th street location. Super convenient to bus/BART.
