It's intimate - quiet (thus far). The members I've met friendly and respectful. I am there exclusively for the rowing machine. Now I find myself able to really give myself to boxing. My warm ups and cool downs are enjoyable due to the fact that the club is not over run with traffic but that's simply due to its size. Plus, the music is good. I wear my earphones way less when there.

The struggle in the beginning was REAL, but the instructors in the group classes were so encouraging and welcoming. They really supported / encouraged me, and they went above and beyond during class to make sure I was taking care of myself. If they hadn't been so wonderful, I would have given up in the beginning. So far, I regularly take Barre, Boxing, Full Throttle, and Yoga.It's been about 5/6 months and my life is forever changed. I feel SO much better!! I've gained muscle, lost some weight, breathe better, and my inflammation is almost non-existent!
