And after a year of doing private lessons, and about eight months of doing mat classes, I can't begin to tell you how much stronger I feel in my body. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself to start going to Movement Source sooner.

Kelly is such a wonderful instructor who listens to the individual concerns and goals of her students and dedicates time to everyone. Kate makes getting up early on a Saturday for class so worth it! The classes offered are engaging, challenging, and most importantly they are fun. Incorporating movement in this way has reduced my back and neck pain while elevating my own awareness of my posture and spinal alignment. I highly recommend Movement Source to anyone looking for a wonderful studio to practice pilates in!
