The philosophy of Motto Yoga is simple yet powerful: create a space that feels like home from the moment you walk through the door. This commitment to a welcoming and inclusive environment is a recurring theme in the heartfelt testimonials from their members. One long-time member stated, "This is hands down the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It feels like home the second you walk in the door. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly." This sense of belonging is fostered by the owners and staff, who go out of their way to make sure no one feels "lost and left out," a common anxiety for those new to a studio. Another customer, who has since moved away, described the studio as their "sanctuary," a place where they could "come back to my breath, my body and most importantly, to myself." The dedication of the instructors, like Heather D. and Kelli Renee, is frequently praised for their clear guidance and ability to "hold space" for individual journeys. The owner, Dave, is also highlighted for his genuine warmth, always remembering members' names and greeting them with a big smile. This personal touch, combined with the studio's focus on creating a supportive family, is the reason so many people feel a deep and lasting connection to Motto Yoga. It's a testament to the fact that they are not just teaching yoga, but building a community.

Services Offered:
Hot Yoga Classes: The studio specializes in hot yoga, with a range of classes that are designed to make you "crave the sweet release of a good sweat." Classes like Hot 26+2 are a modern take on a traditional sequence, while others like Journey: 60 offer a dynamic and challenging flow. The heat and humidity are carefully "dialed in" to provide an ideal environment for deep stretching and detoxification.
Yoga Tone: For those looking to combine the benefits of yoga with a full-body workout, Yoga Tone classes blend traditional yoga postures with strength training exercises, providing a fiery and invigorating experience that helps build muscle and endurance.
Yin and Restorative Yoga: Motto Yoga also offers a variety of non-heated and warm classes, such as Yin, which focus on deep, passive stretching and meditation. These classes are perfect for unwinding, improving flexibility, and promoting mental and emotional balance, providing a crucial counterbalance to the more vigorous hot classes.
Yoga Teacher Training (YTT): For those who are passionate about yoga and want to share their love of the practice, Motto Yoga offers a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. As one member shared, it was the "best experience I could have asked for."
Workshops and Special Events: The studio frequently hosts workshops and special events on various topics, from sound baths to specific posture clinics. These offerings provide opportunities for members to deepen their practice, learn new skills, and connect with the community in unique and meaningful ways.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is hands down the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It feels like home the second you walk in the door. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. We’ve all had that experience of being brand new to a studio and feeling lost and left out….. not here! Truly amazing members and amazing owners. I started Motto back in January based on a random Google search, and I’ll be staying here as long as humanly possible. I also completed their most recent 200hr YTT and it was the best experience I could have asked for. The knowledge I gained and the people I met… priceless. The instructors are unique in their own ways. This place is so special.
May 05 · Kendall SliwaI cannot even begin to express how much this studio came to mean to me while living in Arizona. It became my sanctuary, a place where I could come back to my breath, my body and most importantly, to myself. Every class I attended was taught by amazing instructors, who clearly cued and led with confidence while holding space for me to experience my own journey. The heat and humidity are dialed in and you will come to crave the sweet release of a good sweat. I especially loved classes led by Heather D. and Kelli Renee! These two were like my spirit animals of yoga instructors. And can we talk about Dave, one of the owners? The nicest guy! Always remembered my name and greeted me with a big smile. Hats off to you and your family, Dave, for creating this little yoga haven in the desert. I’m back in Colorado now, and Motto yoga will be one of the first places I head to when I come back for a visit.
July 31 · Jacqueline HarrellI've practiced yoga for over 20 years now, all types, and all over the place, and this studio is by far my all time favorite; it was by shear luck that I just happened upon it during a week sojourn in Mesa, AZ. The teachers were exceptional. I loved the heat, sometimes moderate, sometimes more so. I enjoyed the music. The atmosphere of the studio was warm and friendly, everyone was considerate, there was real compassion there, and everything was very clean. A really well run top notch studio in my opinion. Keep up the fantastic work. I will be back again some day
March 20 · Jennifer ClothierThe absolute BEST! Been going several times a week since my first visit 2 years ago. It was also my first experience with Hot Yoga and first time going to yoga classes regularly. It’s become my little home away from home as everyone who works there is so friendly that they feel like a mini family.
