Matt and Ed are extremely knowledgeable; They are very helpful when it comes to explaining the workouts and creating modifications if needed. This has proven to be a great class for all skill levels because of this. The class itself also has some amazing people who all motivate each other every set of the way. They have a variety of times for classes that can work for any schedule which is a huge plus! 10000/10 recommend!!!
