The classes are small which ensures you are getting hands on instruction from the trainer on your form and encouragement to challenge yourself on weight. They offer a lower body day, upper body day and a full body day. So far I’ve tried the lower and full body days and have left sweating and feeling amazing! The gym is also brand new so all the equipment is really nice and top of the line. I definitely recommend checking them out if you haven’t already!

I quickly hopped on the schedule and saw all the various class times that were offered which I thought were great options to accommodate any potential client and their various schedules. I walked into my first class on a Sunday and was immediately greeted by Devon and Coach Chris, both super positive and upbeat individuals!!Devon explained to me a little bit about the class, the style and set up. At the time I was kind of bored with my current gym routine and was feeling pretty stagnant. I was wanting to change things up but wasn’t sure which way to go about it. After taking that first class and chatting with both Devon and Chris, I couldn't help but think “wow, I love everything about this gym! This is what I have been missing, wanting, and needing in my training!"I quickly signed up for a membership and have been going to classes consistently for the last 3 weeks. I really enjoy the split during the week with it being lower body days, upper body days, and a fully body burn in the middle of the week and on the weekends. I have done exercises that I haven't done in years, I am challenged in new ways (sprints on the assault bike...woof), and leave dripping in sweat after every class!!I really enjoy the small class sizes which allows for more one on one attention from the coaches where they can correct form or propose modifications if needed.Devon and Chris are extremely knowledgable in the field of health and wellness and you can tell that they are very passionate about wanting to help people move better and feel better.If you are in the area and looking for a new gym to try, Mom3nt is the place to be!! It was very evident the trainer was very educated and paid great attention to proper form while pushing us along in our work out. It was a completely different work out than what I am used to so I enjoyed pushing myself in a new capacity and getting to use new machines. The gym is VERY clean and beautiful!
