The vibe here is super friendly—everyone works at their own pace, and there’s zero judgment. The coaches are great at knowing your limits and pushing you just enough without overdoing it. What really stands out is how involved the owner, MJ, is. He’s always around, helping out, motivating everyone, and really making sure you feel supported. It feels more like a community than just a gym. Highly recommend!

I was very nervous going since it was a lot smaller, but then I was greeted by the front desk and MJ himself along with the coaches which made it much easier. Every time you go it’s relieving to feel like “you belong” and the encouragement from your peers to push a little harder every time! I’m so happy I found a gym that I love and enjoy working out at. Give them a try and you will love working out with some of the best coaches and people!
