February 20 · Jessica McLaneClasses are great. Every instructor offers a different style and I enjoy it all. My favorite is Michael’s Tuesday class in Scranton. It’s wonderful and I try to never miss. It’s physically challenging and meditative. Always feel fantastic leaving there!!
April 09 · Haiti LadiesMission has two locations, the other is in Scranton. The South Abington has two studio spaces and offers heated classes. You can also find aerial yoga and Lyra classes at this location. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and intelligently sequence their classes to offer modifications appropriate for all levels of students. The space is bright and clean, and each instructor brings their own style to life in class. There are many yoga styles and instructors to choose from and the classes are offered on a schedule that works for almost everyone. A very welcoming environment, highly recommended!
