The energy here is always warm and welcoming, and all of the ladies bring something special to their classes.Nicole and Megan’s classes have been my favorites — their flow, pacing, playlists and vibe always strikes a nice balance between movement and mindfulness.Dawn has a calm, grounding vibe, and Cassidy’s unwind class is the perfect low-key reset. If you're into a dynamic, energetic style, Jess and Emily are the go-tos for solid power flow options that definitely bring the heat.Whether you're new to yoga/hot yoga or a seasoned yogi, it’s a thoughtful, well-rounded space with something for everyone.

I always feel welcomed because the instructors bring an inclusive and motivating environment for all participants. The studio is also very clean and well-maintained. Some of my favorite instructors include Mackenzie and Jessica, but you really can't go wrong with anyone at this studio!

The led light change colors to indicate the intensity of the flow. And every class ends with a cool lavender towel. The overall experience is wonderful.
