I had such a great experience at Midland Strength Lab! The space is clean, calming, and full of good energy. I took a yoga class with Amy and she was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable, encouraging, and made the class feel comfortable for all levels. You can tell she truly loves what she does. I have only taken a handful of yoga classes over the years, so I'm new and don't know all the lingo ...yet! But now I understand the obsession!Highly recommend checking it out if you’re into yoga or Pilates, or want to see what its all about! Pilates review coming soon!
