I've added significant muscle, agility, core-strength and mobility since taking this up (at age 52).Next, don't hesitate to visit Michigan Kettlebells! I joined this gym nine (9) years ago and still enjoy the coaches, fellow athletes and the workouts. Craig and Dawn run this gym without any arrogance (because they have none) and pressure (encouragement yes, pressure, no). Nearly every single exercise/move can be tailored to your current strength and mobility... you can leave any intimation in the trunk of your car!Guy or gal, young or dirt-old (like me), this place is welcoming!

Not only teaching proper technique, they are always monitoring to make you are doing the exercises correctly. Everyone that I have trained with has been very supportive and positive.
