The coaches and members made me feel at home from day one and I have made some great friendships from being a consistent member.The programming is challenging but approachable and offers the freedom for members to push themselves or pace if they aren’t feeling 100% that day.The coaches are also very knowledgeable and attentive. They genuinely want members to succeed and consistently tailor coaching methods to ensure members are staying safe and using correct form. I have grown significantly as an athlete since joining this gym, I highly recommend joining!
May 31 · MeganMichigan Hy-fit is the first gym I have ever stepped foot into and Denny/ all the coaches made me feel completely comfortable as a total novice as soon as I started. It’s been a year an a half and I’m the fittest, healthiest and strongest I’ve ever been. Denny fixed my chronic knee pain and is very attentive to ensure safety during classes as all the coaches are. There is a fantastic community that is so encouraging and you can make great friendships. I cannot recommend Michigan hy-fit more then I already do. You will not regret joining!

Nice facility, incredible workouts, knowledgeable trainers, great community…the list goes on.I started at Michigan Hy-Fit Athletics after taking 18-months off for an injury. Denny and his team have enabled me to reclaim personal fitness. Experienced instruction and modifying exercise techniques to accommodate recovery have made all the difference.Now, I feel confident with form and exercise as a means to prevent injury rather than cause it. After only 2-months, the results speak for themselves.You have to try this place.

His passion for the gym shows through with his encouragement, instructions and personal attention he gives to all. Great group of members....its fun but hard work. My golfing has improved, getting greater distance from my clubs. YAY! Good gym for both beginners and those who have worked out out before.

The owner and his staff are amazing coaches that teach fundamentals and will adjust to where you’re at in fitness goals. Not the typical “add more weight” you get a warehouse gyms. Plus enough equipment for everyone and so clean you could eat off the floor. I can’t say enough about how great this place is. If you try it for a week you’ll be hooked.
