Mike is very accommodating in helping you meet the needs of your schedule. Sean is one of the most creative personal trainers that I have worked with. He is very patient with members, has a fabulous memory which helps with workouts and different levels of client's and the unique ability to know the right amount of push. If anyone is looking for a unique, personable, location to either begin your fitness routine or maintain your fitness level, come check out Mi Fitness.

Everytime I go, I burn at least 400 calories and I rarely stay for a full workout. Mike talked to me for a while about my goals and past experiences with gyms and embraced my feedback. Both trainers really push you to new levels with being conscious of how the body works. I'm a health care provider and I respect how much they stress proper form and injury prevention!
