I absolutely love The Method Room. I have recently decided to give Pilates a try and chose The Method Room because it’s woman owned and close to home. Everyone is so welcoming, warm, and inclusive. I am not a fit girlie, but that doesn’t matter here! Every time I go, I am celebrated, encouraged, and made to feel safe.
