The staff and management truly seem to care about the people who come through the doors, which is more than I can say for most. I’ve visited other locations, but this one consistently stands out.Gloria, the manager, has been a real motivator for me steadfast in her encouragement throughout my fitness journey. Even when I took a year off and canceled my membership, she made the process smooth and hassle-free right at the front desk. When I was ready to return, she was the first person I called. Her warmth and energy reignited my excitement to get back in the gym.Lately, I’ve noticed an unfortunate uptick in rude behavior toward the staff from some members. A few of us regulars have talked about how uncalled for it’s been. Let’s be honest those negative voices are mostly folks lashing out in frustration at themselves for not sticking with their weight loss goals. Keyboard warriors, plain and simple.I want to personally thank the staff for their dedication. Gloria stands out as one of the kindest people I’ve met. Honestly, it feels like she’s always here I’m not convinced she ever goes home.I miss seeing Lilli she was always so cheerful, greeting everyone with a smile and friendly small talk. Alyssa has been a rock, always calm and helpful even when juggling a dozen tasks at once. Carlos is one of those down-to-earth folks who’s easy to talk to for hours. Despite his age, he’s become a huge source of motivation for me.This team keeps the gym running like clockwork, and without them, I’m not sure I’d still be coming here.The place is always clean, and when something breaks, it’s fixed quickly usually within a day. The bathrooms and showers are consistently spotless, and I deeply appreciate that level of care.

It steals your money, and when you complain, they make a thousand excuses and add unjustified charges, or they just add them because their employees didn't update their information. On top of that, everything is dirty; they don't even bother to dust it. The supposed owner is rude. Be careful and check your charges.
June 27 · Pao AgredaCleanliness 3/5Staff 5/5Equipment 4/5The staff is super friendly (when they're not playing on their phone) and they accommodate when asked. The cleanliness is subpar, specifically the indoor turf. Those who do burpees, lunges, pushups, etc. are sure to find themselves sprinkled with human/animal hair from the turf. Also, the turf is starting to bubble from patrons dragging benches and other unfamiliar equipment onto the turf from the weight room. People are able to move and displace equipment with no recourse, so you can find yourself searching the entire gym for an item. Spacing is also a concern, since there are way too many benches and not enough flooring for them to be spaced adequately.If the staff and patrons treated the open floor like the spin/circuit training classrooms, which are well organized and always clean, the facility would be phenomenal. Overall, the facility is average and I would recommend it for the occasional gym goer. If you are an avid gym rat then early opening hours are ideal for a good workout.
April 24 · iMove StuffThis is concerning our membership cancellation request submitted on May and JuneWe have try to cancel our membership since May 2025, when we first went to the gym we where told that we had to cancel one moth in advance and that we where going to get charge for the month of June we agree to pay one more month, we send the emails the staff from the gym request from us to send, but our membership never got cancel. In June we went to the gym and spoke to a front service member name Syndney, and got told that we had to scan s bar code in order to cancel our membership, however when done so it requested us to pay another month at that time and provide payment information, we ask to speak to the manager or supervisor, but at the time she was not available, so a message was left fot her to call us or contact us in regard to our request from May and June, her name is Melissa, up to today we are still wating for her to reach back to us, and nothing.On June 26, my sister in law call the gym request to speak to the supervisor and was told by Sydney that she wasn't available, so my sister in law left a message that she was going to call back in one hour, after one hour she call againg, and again the supervisor was not available. We then went with my sister in law to the gym requested to speak to the supervisor and again she was not available, we feel that the supervisor has not make an effort to resolve this issue, or cancel our membership as we have requested since May, if she has had the month of May, June and now is July 01,2025 and she still hasn't done anything then we feel the need to reach out to not only the gym corporate but also social media and other to see if we can resolve this and have this 2 membership cancel, we will not pay one more month and will not agree to pay late fee or anything else as we have done our part to cancel this.Please CANCEL OUR MEMBERSHIPA proof that a message was left for the supervisor, Melissa.I am giving a one start becouse of the supervisor, the other staff are helpful and gym itself is good
