We are all at different levels and it doesn't matter. I so appreciate the time she takes in preparing. We have a weight class for 20 minutes before yoga class. Then there is also pickleball on Tuesday and Thursday. Thursday is reserved for the beginners!

It is filled with stretching, poses and lots of vital information pertaining to every level of fitness and ability. Mary is quite knowledgeable and adept at instruction while making it enjoyable and fun. I have learned so much pertaining to yoga and the necessity for spinal health and strength during my class time with her. A little bit of " me time " is necessary for everyone and would highly recommend attending these classes. The pickleball after class is a bonus as well. Learning a new game that is becoming increasingly popular is fun and provides a little opportunity for cardiac fitness. Truly a hidden gem right here in Mercer!
