August 23 · Emily JonesI know Susan from another studio. What I expected was a great class from her and that's what I received. She has wonderful knowledge of the yoga practice. She easily adapts that knowledge to the needs of those participating in the class. The location of the studio couldn't be more perfect for me. A person could bike there by using the Centennial Trail. Establishing a practice at Mandala Yoga & Wellness will be easy. Expecting more great experiences in the near future.
August 24 · Ed SwindleI went to a beginners class tonight and it's been ages since I've been in a yoga studio. I'm so glad I came! Susan's style of yoga teaching is different than from other classes I've been to, and I love it. It feels more personal and introspective, letting my body guide me, rather than me trying to copy someone else's style and ability. This is a great studio as well, very relaxing and the windows with light streaming in is very pretty. Give it a go!
September 06 · Laura BI was able to take a Saturday evening yoga class at Mandala and it was wonderful. Even though it had been years since my last yoga class I was expertly guided through the practice by Susan, the instructor, and did not feel out of step or out of place. I left class feeling great.The space itself is open, sunny, and relaxing.I will definitely be back for more classes, and absolutely recommend Mandala to all looking to incorporate yoga into their lives.
