April 06 · Nicholas PayneI’m so grateful they have been able to keep this studio open for so many years. I finally had the opportunity to go back after having a baby. I can not express how grateful I am for this practice and being able to see where I’m at in terms of mobility and strength post partem. This is a practice that can be carried with you anywhere you go, but I really enjoy this studio and how they give practitioners space to let their practice be their own through consistent guidance. There is no pushing or forcing anything down your throat. I also love the new studio and it’s great to see they got beautiful wood floors that are easy to clean!
March 12 · Elizabeth LeBaronGreat experience here. I was close by for a family vaca, and made it in for a couple of 60 minute classes. Taught by two different teachers, each class had its own variations and nuances. I love when great instructors can build off of and expand upon the 26+2 sequence.
May 29 · JC McIlwaineThe only yoga studio I'll go to anymore. All the teachers are very knowledgeable and dedicated. Most importantly they are dedicated to the practice and art of true yoga. I've seen so many other studios lose touch with what yoga truly is and caught up in the crazy happenings of the worlds these days. Thank you for providing a safe space throughout all the challenges the past few years. It always feels like home when I walk through those doors!
November 06 · Nyeela HueholtI’ve been coming here since 2016. Angela is knowledgeable and welcoming. My favorite yoga studio in Maine!
