Just ask around - most of the people have been going for years. Also, the cleanliness of the gym is 10/10 - which is so rare.The trainers/coaches are knowledgeable and attentive the entire class. Encouraging you to push yourself a little harder, making necessary adjustments or modifications, and making the environment a little more fun to distract you from your heavy breathing, lol.In the year, I have seen real results and felt real results. Seeing results like, increasing the weighted movements throughout the year. Feeling results like, increased energy throughout the day, feeling stronger in daily movements like lifting heavy boxes and working in the yard.

The instructors work hard to prep everything for the day, greet everyone by name, and they work closely with you on improving your form. The classes also mix up the workouts enough so that you work all your muscle groups and never get bored of doing the same thing.All the instructors I've worked with have been amazing and my fellow classmates have been super friendly.

At 48 years old I'm in the best shape of my life due to the incredible trainers at MAD, and the Raleigh location is among the best. The workout spaces are super clean and well organized. Workouts are different everytime, super fun, well rounded, and come with individualized, expert instruction.
