There’s variety, and the workouts are well thought out, challenging, and fun. They make it easy to be consistent. I have been a member of F45, Orange Theory, Cycle Bar, and Madbolic is by far the best. As someone who dreads working out, this is the only class I wake up for at 6 am and feel good about!
