November 29 · Eleanor RamosI recently joined the gym and started doing the boxing classes. At first I was a bit wary and unsure since new boxing gyms can be slightly intimidating. Keith, the coach, has been very welcoming and really knows his stuff. I was able to do a trial class to try it out. The gym is small and there are roughly 4-13 people per class. By the 3rd class I knew other people there by their name. Not only was Keith welcoming and helpful, but everyone there is. The atmosphere and environment of this place is amazing and I am so glad to be a part of this community.

He is using his skills and knowledge to support boxers, like my self, to become the best versions of themselves in and out of the ring. It is very hard to find a coach/trainer who has your best interest at heart and KNOWS the sport of boxing. Keith is one of those people. Not only does he know boxing, but he knows the human body. He can support you to improve your skills and your bodies strength and wellness. Keith has it all when it comes to being a top boxing coach. You just have to be willing to put in the work and he will successfully guide you to reach your goals.

Even though I go to the fitness class, I can say that it prepared me well to become a fighter and maybe join the fighting team one day. The fitness class goes beyond than just hitting a bag, you learn real boxing technique, foot work etc... And the workouts are never boring.Keith is an awesome coach and he always pushes you to do better and better and make sure that your boxing technique is on point.Wether you are a beginner or a professional come and give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

From the first day I walked into the gym I just felt very welcomed and loved how Coach was. He is more than just a coach, he gets you improving in all areas inside and outside the gym. He’s the realest coach I have ever had who’s straight up and honest. At Ma-Sheen fitness I trained and got my first opportunity in an amateur fight with more to come. If you want to learn the art of boxing and have a coach who is invested in you I would suggest you coming out to the gym.
