★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Pros: The staff are all nice and the regular gym goers are respectful. They also have towels which is nice as I am hella sweaty.Cons: Not enough airflow, so gets super hot and stifling even with normal mild SF weather. Having been to other locations, the Mission one is unusually sucky in this regard. I will revise the review if ownership ever fixes this 🙏 there are some other more common cons like it's small, can get crowded, but honestly the heat is the big difference between this place and other gyms in the city.
September 16 · Brianna LClean, nice people, lots of equipment but the space is small. Stretching floor can be a bit crowded and many people like to do more phone sets than exercise sets so you often end up waiting for a bench. Overall, I’m enjoying my workouts.
June 16 · Kevin OdleSolid gym, not too crowded, but not empty. It has all the basics you need. I don’t usually have to wait long for anything. Haven’t talked to many of the people there, but they seem friendly enough.
September 04 · Ryan kirkLive Fit Gym- Mission is small, but mighty. It's got a modern, semi upscale appeal, with all the equipment to fulfill your basic gym needs. Live Fit offers massage, chiropractic and acupuncture. It also offer personal training, with a staff of about 6 personal trainers, all with different skillsets. It's fairly chill until around 4pm. From 4pm u til around 8, it'll be the busiest. Come get strong. P.s. they really opened the personal training studio a block away.
July 01 · spiderwebs peace outGreat gym, only issue is their music is always too loud. Can always hear it even while playing my own music with noise canceling headphones.
