I had done strength and cardio training for years with a trainer and group fitness. This place definitely gives the feeling of an extension of home, because everyone truly wants the best for you. Also it feels like you are in a gym with friends; the best music in the background for your 45 to 50 minute session. Consistency is key!!! Enjoy!!!
